Theatre Review: Mary Poppins

The 1964 Disney film “Mary Poppins” attracted legions of young fans, and won an Oscar for actress Julie Andrews. Now there's a touring Broadway version, and many Sacramento parents are curious to know if the stage adaptation still has “kid appeal.
