What is the best and quickest weight loss excercise video?
I am looking for a jump start weight loss video. Any suggestions. I do not want something that is super fast to the point where I will not be able to do it. I am fairly new at excercising and would not like to over do it or else I will not stick to it. Also I am brisk walking 2 miles 5-6 days a week but I would really like to lose belly fat I just don’t know which exercise video is the best. Please help. I am 5’1″ and weight 185 lbs. How can i fix my gps signal on my tomtom start 2?
Hi i recently brought the start 2 and had no problems for about 3 weeks. But now i cant get a gps signal, the devise also stops responding to touch, and switches its self off, or gets stuck!! Ive tried the reset button for 15 seconds and going outside but no joy. Has anyone got any other ideas, or had the same trouble as me pls help…Thanks!!
